Roles & Responsibilities:

Actively follow up on leads provided by the company, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
Negotiate and close deals while addressing client objections and concerns.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
Provide support in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Participate in marketing initiatives to address lead issues and improve the sales funnel.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
