Contracts were being reviewed by members of the leadership and HR teams, leading to inefficiencies, increased risk, and potential legal oversights. The challenge was to provide dedicated legal services that could streamline contract reviews, reduce risks, and free up the leadership team to focus on core business operations.
Our Approach
We began by thoroughly understanding the client’s business model through interactions with various team members, ensuring we grasped their unique needs. From there, we streamlined their legal processes and contract management, implementing efficient workflows that reduced complexity and improved accuracy. This approach ensured that all legal operations were aligned with the client’s business objectives while enhancing overall efficiency and compliance.
Outcomes
We implemented a one-working-day turnaround time (TAT) for drafting, reviewing, and vetting crucial legal documents such as License Agreements, NDAs, Employment Agreements, Service Agreements, Amendments, and Addendums. This swift process ensured that the client could move forward quickly with essential business operations. Additionally, we drafted and established key company policies, including the POSH policy, Leave policy, Employee Handbook, CSR policy, Code of Conduct, and Asset Usage policy. These policies provided the client with a robust legal framework, promoting compliance, clarity, and efficiency across their operations, ultimately contributing to a more organized and legally sound working environment.
